YVONNE STERLING CAN SMILE AGAIN
Then Alas she Dies of a stroke in hospital
Yvonne Sterling was an accomplished Reggae singer with hits like If You Love Me Let Me Know. Her song is still huge in many countries but least known by all that she was destitute and things got worse when her home was flooded by the recent rains. Little Lenny & Richie Stephens both reggae stars has helped turn her life around for the better. In fact a similar situation took place earlier this year with another great singer who was begging for food. This is yet another example of how things can go bad for anyone , no matter who you are or was. I am glad at my time of life that I am seeing some good things happening, I am watching people in high places fall because of what they do to the impoverished. My heart gladdens for Little Lenny & Richie Stephens because they have done a kindness that will live much longer than the time they have left on earth. RAMJAM RADIO salutes you both and everyone who did anything at all to make Yvonne smile again. The result of the partnership is that they have gone into the recording studio and they have recorded a song called “Thank You Lord”. The song was written originally by Bob Marley but the words to the song has been written beautifully and with the added vocals of the Richie Stephens & Little Lenny Yvonne was able to show that “SHE`S STILL GOT IT”
Yvonne is not out of the woods financially and the pandemic we are all experiencing is making times hard but if you are in a better place maybe you would like to help put Yvonne back on her feet.
It has been written in Loop News that Yvonne Suffered a stroke while she was in hospital over 2 weeks. The world learned of Yvonne when her song If You Love Me Let Me Know is a huge well played hit in other countries. The quest was taken on when it was generally asked “Where is she”. Reggae Artist Little Lenny found her and reported that she was in a hard struggle to make ends meet and after he Richie Stephens and others managed to help her plight and get her back into the recording studio.
Lenny wrote this:
Her passing has struck veteran dancehall artiste Little Lenny hard. The deejay took to social media to express his sadness.
“It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Ms Yvonne Sterling. Ms Sterling passed away this morning after suffering from a stroke. We are extremely devastated as this unfortunate circumstance occurred as she was just about to embark on a renewed musical journey, one that would allow her to reclaim what she lost in her earlier years. She will forever be in our hearts. May she rest in Eternal Peace
